We visit your plot and look at its size, road access and levels, and answer your questions.

Design
Plans, elevation and structural design, made with Appandainathan Architects.

Quote and agreement
A clear quote for your pack or for PMC. The work, the time and the payment plan are written in the agreement.

Plan approval
We take care of the building approval from the panchayat or municipality.

Construction
Foundation, basement, walls and roof, then plastering, tiles, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing.

Handover
A final walk-through with you, then the keys to your new home.
